When was the last time you thought about your values?
They are the core of who you are and how you want to live, but we often don't take the time. However, it can be incredibly helpful to check in with your values to make sure you are living your life in alignment.
Signs that you may NOT be aligned include: apathy, frustration, stress, avoidance, and depression. Your body is trying to tell you it's not happy and you don't know why.
Doing a value assessment can help you identify the problem areas so you can create some action steps and make some MEANINGFUL change in your life!
